“Time is Money.”  Famous Quote.  And in business, that is particularly true.  Here are a few time saving software suggestions:

Calendly

Site:  calendly.com

Purpose:  This is an easy to set up and use online appointment booking system.  You set your availability and the types of appointments that you accept.  Clients can log into your Calendly page and set appointments that work for them.  Calendly lets you set Zoom appointments for seamless integration.  Calendly lets you collect payment automatically at the time of booking with services such as Stripe.  My favorite part is that when a person books, you can set in motion an automatic string of events, not just email reminders, but emails with links to questionnaires, forms, contracts etc.

PandaDoc

Site: pandadoc.com

Purpose:  This is an amazing e-signing and document management system.  This company is a relatively new startup and their customer service is top notch.  They listen to requests and are making improvements.  The base model is free.  There are more advanced models that have a modest fee.  There is NO per document fee so they are a great alternative to that other e-signing company.  You can create your own forms and questionnaires (and integrate with Calendly above).  You can have templates, such as proposals, quotes etc that build a custom document based on the selections made – a great way to allow others to help with this task while maintaining integrity.

PandaDoc also handles e-notary.  Check with your state for availability.  This is a great add on service for those who handle notarization.

Zoom

Site: zoom.us

Purpose:  This is a visual and audio communication tool.  Zoom became super popular during the pandemic lockdown.  It has a free and pay version depending on your usage.  You can link Zoom to calendly for an automated meeting scheduling process.  Zoom has a number of features, such as private breakout rooms, that can enable negotiations etc.  Zoom has recording features if needed.  Screen share is a great way to enable collaboration.
